We also offer a telephone support service. There are several variations to Annual Service Contract; our Sales/Service team is on hand at any time to discuss what Contract is most cost effective for you.

 

An Annual Service Contract will allow you to budget in advance, what the cost of running your machine will be. Maintenance agreements are available on almost all brands of computers and devices including copiers, printers, shredders, fax machines etc. Our fully qualified technicians are highly trained in the field and can offer full technical support.  Updates can only be provided on already installed software. Customer must have fully licensed software installed on the computer for BizTek to provide updates and maintenance.Windows security updates are installed as released by Microsoft.

In case of OS corruption or system error BizTek might have to perform a fresh OS install.

Customer Account status must be current in payments and in good standing to receive support.

Customer Account must in place for a minimum of 30 days before a device can be service under contract.
