BizTek offers diagnostic services for a very affordable fee of $39.95. We will examine your system and provide a detailed description of the problem and the underlying causes. We will provide solution alternatives and offer you options, including pricing and time needed to perform the repair.

Example: You drop off your computer to BizTek that is running slow. You pay your diagnostic charge of $ 39.95. Our technicians found your system needs a new hard drive. Your total costs will be $ 156.95 which includes your $ 39.95. We call you and ask you if you would like us to do the repair. No hidden charges and No hidden fees. All work is 100% guaranteed.

If you decide not to go forward with the repair your only charge is the $ 39.95 diagnostic fee.

Save time and money with our one year Maintenance Agreement. Pay $ 149.95 up front and your laptop or desktop computer will be covered for all labor and diagnostic fees with your first service call. Drop off's only. This agreement excludes parts. If it takes 3 hours to fix your computer, your covered. Pay only for parts and sales tax. Its that simple.

Example: Your system takes 3 hours to repair. Standard charges will be $ 89.95 for the first hour then $ 65.00 per hour  thereafter. Total cost not including parts and tax would be $ 219.95. With our Maintanance agrement you save $ 70.00 dollars. WOW ! This always happens at a time when you really need your computer fixed but don't have enough cash to pay for the repair. Our Maintenance Agreement saves the day.

Our Maintenance Agreement includes: 

1) Diagnostic and repair of your computer.
2) Removal of spyware and viruses
3) Installation and configuration of Hard drives or memory
4) Speedup your system to run smoothly
5) Reinstallation of Operating System software and data if necessary.
